• Audio Information (for Voice Input): If you grant the "Record Audio" permission, your voice is captured for the sole purpose of converting it to text for dictation. This audio is processed in real-time on your device by the Android Speech-to-Text service and is not stored, saved, or transmitted to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the DroidOS experience. This includes:

• Core App Functionality: Permissions such as "Draw over other apps" (`SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW`) are required to display the floating launcher and keyboard/trackpad on your screen. The "Run foreground service" permission is used to keep these components active. The "Control vibration" permission provides haptic feedback.
• Voice Input: The "Record audio" permission is used solely to capture audio for the speech-to-text dictation feature.
• App Improvement: Anonymized usage data helps us identify which features are most popular and where we can make improvements.
• Notifications: The "Post notifications" permission is used to display a persistent notification for the foreground service, which is required by Android.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With your consent;
• To comply with a legal obligation;
• To protect and defend the rights or property of KatsuyaMaki LLC;
