DroidOS Pro End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA applies to DroidOS Pro paid binaries distributed through official direct channels.
Community/open-source releases are governed by their own repository license files.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and KatsuyaMaki LLC ("Licensor," "we," "our," or "us") for DroidOS Pro software, related updates, and accompanying documentation (collectively, the "Software").
By installing, activating, or using the Software, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement and applicable purchase terms, Licensor grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software for personal or internal business use.
2. License Types and Term
- Pro Annual: Active for the paid subscription term shown at purchase and renews only if continued by you.
- Pro Lifetime: One-time license for the purchaser account, including access to Pro features made available to Lifetime licenses.
- Module License: Unlocks only the purchased module(s); does not grant full Pro access unless explicitly stated at purchase.
- License scope, included entitlements, and renewal status are controlled by your checkout/purchase record.
3. Activation, Validation, and Devices
- Use of paid features requires a valid license key/token and successful activation.
- Unless otherwise stated at purchase, a single license may be activated on up to 3 devices at one time.
- The Software may require periodic online license validation.
- The Software may continue operating for a limited offline grace period (currently up to 14 days after last successful validation).
- You must not share license credentials across unrelated users or entities. Abuse may result in suspension or revocation.
4. Restrictions
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you must not:
- Copy, redistribute, publish, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or host the Software or license credentials.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from proprietary parts of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Circumvent license checks, technical protections, or entitlement controls.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or license notices.
- Use the Software for unlawful activity or in violation of platform/device policies.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
6. Updates, Features, and Availability
- Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions at its discretion.
- Feature sets may vary by edition, module entitlement, device, Android version, or distribution channel.
- Licensor may modify or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice through release notes, product pages, or in-app messaging.
7. Billing, Taxes, and Refunds
- Payments are processed by the designated Merchant of Record and/or payment provider shown at checkout.
- Billing terms, taxes, and refund eligibility are governed by the purchase terms and refund policy presented at checkout and on official policy pages.
- Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or material billing violations may lead to suspension or termination of license access.
8. Privacy and Data
- Software data practices are described in the applicable Privacy Policy and product documentation.
- License validation may process technical identifiers, entitlement metadata, and validation timestamps needed to enforce license terms.
9. Third-Party Components
The Software may include third-party components licensed under separate terms. Those third-party license terms apply to those components only.
10. Termination
Licensor may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to paid features for material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using paid entitlements.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Governing Terms
- This Agreement is supplemented by purchase terms, privacy policy, refund policy, and other official policy documents referenced at checkout or on official KatsuyaMaki LLC channels.
- If there is a conflict regarding billing or refunds, the purchase/checkout terms control for those matters.
14. Changes to this Agreement
Licensor may update this Agreement from time to time. The effective version is the version published with the Software or official distribution channels on the date of use.
