FAQ

Is the Community version really free?: Yes. DroidOS Community is free and always will be. v5.0 adds major free improvements including Smart Auto Margin, full-screen app coexistence, expanded real minimize, smart app window tracking, and orientation-aware layouts/profiles. Paid modules add additional v5.0+ power-user features like custom themes, advanced profiles, Dynamic Tiling, Peek Mode, and app lock mode.
How do I get my license key after purchase?: Use the Retrieve License Key page with your Paddle purchase email and the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt email (for example, txn_...).
What's the difference between buying modules and Pro?: Individual modules unlock specific feature sets. Pro unlocks both current modules plus every future module we build. If you plan to use DroidOS long-term, Pro is the better value.
How many devices can I use?: Each license (module or Pro) can be activated on up to 3 devices. You can deactivate a device at any time to free up a slot.
What happens if I cancel Pro Annual?: Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, you keep access to the free Community features.
Do you offer refunds?: Yes. We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. See our Terms of Service for details.
Is the DroidOS Keyboard/Trackpad app free?: Yes. The keyboard/trackpad companion app is free across all tiers. Paid keyboard modules may be offered in the future.
